I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Jim O’ Malley. I first met Jim at the property of my late cousin, while he was sorting out a problem with the neighbouring apartment, and was in discussion with us as to how it would affect us. I informed Jim that the apartment belonged to my late cousin and we were in the process of clearing it out. From the initial valuation, managing viewings and all the way from offer to completion they provided a professional, friendly and efficient service throughout the process. February 2020 At a time when everyone seems to want to write negatively about everything and everyone, I feel compelled to give credit where credit is due. From the very inception of trying to purchase a first time home for our son in Belfast, Jim provided valuable advice. Not being from Belfast, it was wonderful to have such an honest, knowledgeable person to arrange viewings for different properties across the city and to accompany us on these viewings. Once our choice had been made and purchase completed, Jim took on the role of project manager of a major renovation and executed it in the most professional manner. Distance was no longer a concern for us as we knew the entire renovation project was in safe hands. He sent us regular photographic and video updates and consulted us throughout. He dealt with all the necessary building control matters and certifications. I have recently had to sell my property due to an incredibly difficult family upheaval, to say I was in a very bad place was an understatement. I was being forced to sell up and ship out. In our lifetime we all come across people of influence, in my journey in business over the last forty years there are three people who stand out very clear for me, Jim O’Malley is one of those persons.

I met Jim only ten years ago when he was doing some work for me, that first day something clicked with me, so I decided I’d follow up and learn more of this man. I was able to get him to help with my properties, maintenance, painting, sourcing other tradesmen to help in the amount of work that was required. Less than a year later my letting agent resigned from managing my properties explaining the geography of the N.I. Manchester and my Scottish portfolio was too much for them to manage.
