In our lifetime we all come across people of influence, in my journey in business over the last forty years there are three people who stand out very clear for me, Jim O’Malley is one of those persons.

I met Jim only ten years ago when he was doing some work for me, that first day something clicked with me, so I decided I’d follow up and learn more of this man. I was able to get him to help with my properties, maintenance, painting, sourcing other tradesmen to help in the amount of work that was required. Less than a year later my letting agent resigned from managing my properties explaining the geography of the N.I. Manchester and my Scottish portfolio was too much for them to manage.

I met with Jim explained the magnitude of the problem, I was only expecting him to listen and make some suggestions, but that’s not Jim; He asked when do you need me to go to Manchester?
